1.5 oz Starling Vodka
1.5 oz lemon juice
1.5 oz simple syrup
1 oz Falernum
DIRECTIONS
In a shaker with ice, shake all ingredients until chilled. Strain into a tumbler filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Cucumber slices
.5 oz lime juice
.5 oz ginger liqueur
.25 oz simple syrup
Ginger Beer
DIRECTIONS
In a shaker, muddle 3 cucumber slices with Starling Vodka. Add lime juice, ginger liqueur, and simple syrup. Shake with ice until chilled. Strain into a tumbler filled with ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a cucumber slice.

.5 oz Chambord
2 oz lemonade
DIRECTIONS
In a collins glass, combine Starling Vodka and Chambord. Add ice and stir. Top with lemonade. Garnish with honey dew balls on a skewer.
