During a year where the holidays didn't have as much magic or joy as they usually do, we wanted to create a fun and delicious product to brighten the season.

Cranberry and bright citrus on the nose.
Tart on the front of the palette, subtle thyme in the middle, smooth finish.
Thyme becomes more prominent when mixed with water or seltzer.
Mix with something light and bubbly for a tart spritzer. Makes an excellent, slightly herbal version of a cosmopolitan.

INGREDIENTS
2 oz Halcyon Days Cranberry Vodka
.5 oz lime juice
.25 oz Cointreu
.25 oz simple syrup

DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Halcyon Days Cranberry Vodka
Strawberry
1 oz orange juice
.25 oz lime
25 oz simple syrup
Soda Water

DIRECTIONS
In a shaker, muddle strawberry with Halcyon Days Cranberry Vodka. Add all other ingredients except soda water with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a tumbler filled with ice. Garnish with a strawberry.
