Equinox White Rye was a happy little accident. Burning the grain in an electric still turned into a white spirit with smoky, spicy character that we liked so much we just had to find a way to recreate it.

Fruity on the nose - apple, ripe cantaloupe, grapefruit pith.
Rounded taste of toasted rye bread, butterscotch, and subtle chocolate.
Equinox White Rye mixes well with a variety of ingredients, including baking spices, bitter liquors, and fruits.
The smokey finish gives it a character similar to mezcal.

INGREDIENTS
2 oz Equinox White Rye
Jalapeno & Cilantro
1 oz lime juice
1 oz Cointreau
.75 oz simple syrup
DIRECTIONS
In a shaker, muddle jalapeno and cilantro with equinox White Rye. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice until chilled. Strain into a tumbler filled with ice. Garnish with lime wheel.
Manhattan Morning
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Equinox White Rye
1.5 oz amaro
.75 oz blanc vermouth
DIRECTIONS
In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients with ice. Stir until chilled. Strain into a tumbler over a large cube. Garnish with a luxardo cherry.
NEW york sour
DIRECTIONS
In a shaker, combine Equinox White Rye, lemon juice, simple syrup and fee foam. Shake with ice until chilled. Strain out ice and dry shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass. Pour red wine over a bar spoon resting on the top of the foam to float it underneath.
