RESPRESENTATIVE

Brand Representatives will be responsible for learning about our spirits and our company and promoting them to customers at farmers markets, festivals, and in-store tastings.

sales rep
Looking for self-driven individuals who love our products and want to help us reach the next level! You will be responsible for becoming knowledgable on our spirits, contacting leads, tasting our products, taking orders, invoicing, delivering, and checking in on accounts.
Job requirements: Your own means of transportation, weekday and weekend availability, minimum 21 years old.

kitchen assistant
We are looking for a hardworking individual who is looking to learn about all aspects of working in the kitchen. Responsibilities will include prep work, cooking during service, and washing dishes. The kitchen staff is only a 2 person team, and both members are extremely important.

Looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and creative bartender with craft cocktail experience or the desire to learn a more intricate style of bartending. Our cocktail menu changes constantly, so you will never get bored of making the same three drinks on repeat.

/barback
The perfect Better Man busser / barback is someone with incredible attention to detail. It's your job to make sure the entire premises is presentable and comfortable for customers. In addition to maintaining our polished image, you will be the point person for the servers and bartenders. Anything they need, you're the one they can rely on to get it done.
