Coming from a brewing background, our Head Distiller modeled the botanicals of this American style dry gin off of a West Coast IPA - citrusy and juicy.
tasting notes
Orange juice and floral notes on the nose.
A strong burst of juniper on the front end, mellowed out with hints of cinnamon, pepper, clove , lemon zest.
The smooth finish allows this gin to function as both a cocktail gin and a sipping gin.

INGREDIENTS
2 oz Cosmic Soul Dry Gin
.75 oz lemon juice
.25 oz simple syrup
.25 oz Luxardo
.25 oz Creme de Violette

DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Pour into a coupe glass. Drop a luxardo cherry in!

1.5 oz Cosmic Soul Dry Gin
Mint
1.5 oz watermelon juice
.25 oz lime juice
1.5 oz lemonade

DIRECTIONS
In a shaker, muddle mint with Cosmic Soul Dry Gin. Add all other ingredients except lemonade. Shake with ice until chilled. Strain into a tumbler filled with ice. Top with lemonade. Garnish with mint.

1 oz cucumber juice
oz lime juice
.5 oz simple syrup
.5 oz St Germain
