Creating an apple gin proved to be a challenge, especially without use of artificial flavors. But what we have come up with is a smooth and subtle gin, perfect for enjoying on the rocks.

INGREDIENTS
2 oz Red Horizon Apple Forward Gin
1 oz Lilet Blanc
.75oz lemon juice
2 dashes orange bitters
IPA
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients except IPA in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a beer glass filled with ice. Top with IPA. Garnish with orange slice.

INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Red Horizon Apple Forward Gin
.75 oz Pimm's
.75 oz lemon juice
.75 oz simple syrup
Q Ginger Beer
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients except ginger beer in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a goblet glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with lime and cucumber slices.
Apple & Tonic
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Red Horizon Apple Forward Gin
.25 oz Falernum
.25 oz amaro
Q Tonic
DIRECTIONS
In a G&T glass, combine all ingredients except tonic. Fill glass with ice and top with tonic. Garnish with apple slice.
