NISHIKORI
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Moonstruck Gin
.25 oz lemon juice
.25 oz lime juice
.25 oz simple syrup
soda water
DIRECTIONS
In a collins glass add all ingredients except soda water. Add ice and stir. Top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon peel.
TSUKIMI
INGREDIENTS
3 oz Moonstruck Gin
1.5 oz dry sake
.25 oz st germaine
DIRECTIONS
In a shaker, combine all ingredients with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
TANKA
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Moonstruck Gin
.25 oz lemon juice
.25 oz lime juice
.25 oz jasmine simple syrup
.3 oz ginger liqueur
fee foam
pinch black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and sprinkle more pepper on top of the foam.
