Red Horizon Apple Forward Gin Both Sizes

A childhood pastime for almost everyone who grew up on Long Island is visiting the orchards in the fall. We would go with our whole family and load up our baskets with apples, eating a few fresh off the trees between bites of apple cider donuts.

When we began experimenting with Red Horizon, we had one idea in our mind, and we ended up creating something very different. We found that achieving a definitive apple pie flavor was basically impossible without artificial flavoring, and that's a route we never want to take. With only fresh New York State apples in hand, we figured out a way to extract and maintain a light apple flavor that stood up against juniper in both smell and taste.

What we've created is a light, easy-drinking gin, meant to be enjoyed on the rocks or as a martini.
