The American Whiskey category allows for an expressive range of mash bills and cask aging choices, creating surprisingly nuanced aromas and flavors. Rushmore Reserve is Batch 1 of our American Whiskey line, which features a collectible series of labels celebrating the icons that make America worth a toast.

​Distilled above 170 proof, our American Whiskey is crafted to highlight lighter flavor notes, delicate aromas, and a smooth, expressive character. Made from a range of mash bills, including bourbon with 70% corn, 10% rye, and 20% malted barley, and rye with 79% rye and 21% malted barley, each spirit develops its own distinct profile through aging in 15, 30, and 60 gallon barrels. Our barrel program includes new American oak, used American oak bourbon barrels, and used French oak wine barrels, with select barrels sourced locally from Bedell Cellars and DUBCO, as well as from Napa Valley.

Batch 1
High in the Black Hills, Mount Rushmore turned a mountainside into a monument. Released in honor of America’s 250th anniversary, this batch honors bold ideas, lasting symbols, and the work it takes to build something meant to endure.
