Our only goal with Starling Vodka was to make it taste like and go down as easy as water. Vodka too often has a nail polish remover smell and singes the inside of your throat when you drink it straight. Starling Vodka isn't like other vodkas - it's in a class of it's own. With a slight sweetness on the nose and on the palate, it goes down like water from the sweetest spring on Earth.
