WINTER IN THE TROPICS
1 1/2 oz Equinox White Rye
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 bar spoon caramel
1 pinch cinnamon
Combine pineapple juice, lemon juice, and caramel in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir until caramel dissolves. Add to shaker with ice, gin, and simple syrup. Shake until chilled. Strain into coupe glass.
1 oz Equinox White Rye
1 oz amaro nonino
1/2 oz dolin blanc
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Stir with ice. Strain into tumbler over a large cube.
