COCKTAILS
WINTER IN THE TROPICS
1 1/2 oz Equinox White Rye Whiskey
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 bar spoon caramel
1 pinch cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until thoroughly chilled. Strain into a coupe glass.
TRICYCLE
